Guanzon Mobitek holds product trainings and seminars to employees

     Guanzon Group of Companies holds a series of product trainings and seminars in the National Capital Region (NCR) and  North Luzon recently.

    “The trainings and seminars will help our employees of Guanzon Mobitek, a subsidiary of  Guanzon Group of Companies to improve their selling skills and to provide our customers good  service”, Norman Tandoc said, the operations and marketing manager of the cell phone division of the Guanzon Group.

    The series of trainings were attended by different representatives from Nokia, Samsung, LG and Sony Ericssons.

    Nokia introduces their new products, the model 5630 Xpress Music, 5130, 5800 and the E75. They shared some valuable experiences in how to handle the customers and  give some tips in selling.

    Samsung, LG and Sony Ericssons do the same thing also by sharing some techniques in selling their products.

         “The customers always respond to what is new in the market and value for their money”, Tandoc said. “The cell phone manufacturers are rolling out  new product more often and offering more features and product values, so it is better that our employees should be equipped with product knowledge and  customer relationship management,” Tandoc said.
