GUANZON TELECOM HOLDS COMPANYWIDE SALESMANSHIP TRAININGS
July 17, 2009In line with Guanzon Group of Companies directions by providing total customers’ service and satisfaction, Guanzon Telecom holds a companywide Customer Service and Salesmanship training in the National Capital Region and North Luzon.
There are about six batches of attendees to complete the 20th branches of Guanzon Telecom employees includimg the two main branches in Dagupan and Quezon City to experience the proper way of selling and servicing its customers.
According to Norman Tandoc, operations and marketing manager, “The customers are always respond to what is new in the market and value for their money”, Norman Tandoc said. “The cell phone manufacturers are rolling out new product more often and offering more features and product values, so it is better that our employees should be equipped with product knowledge, selling skills and customer service management,” Tandoc said,.
